Z.L. is a 9 year old boy who has lost 14 pounds and grown 1 inch since starting Red Light, Green Light, Eat Right!.  He used to get out of breath with exercise.  Now, he keeps up with his friends without a problem!

A.P is a 14 year old girl who has lost 11 1/2 pounds and grown 1 1/2 inches. She started in the obese category and is now considered normal-weight.  She now follows our maintenance program and enjoys shopping for new clothes.
